He has a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Masters degree in Sales, Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

Priyanka is a seasoned leadership search professional with over 10 years of experience in the sector. In her work, she holds a true appreciation for the role that leaders play in transformation and progress. In addition to deep and varied experience as a leadership advisor and executive search consultant, she has also worked with leading companies in the technology space. She has facilitated the hiring of C-level executives for both leading brands and early-stage ventures in the digital business landscape including E-commerce, Ed-Tech, Fin-tech, gaming, telecom, SAAS firms, product and IT Services among others. She has an in-depth familiarity of the technology landscape and capitalises on her wide network of professionals across functions and industries.

Sandhya Reddy

Sandhya Reddy is a PCC-accredited executive and leadership coach with certifications from International coach academy. She has also secured a Hogan Assessment Certification, which enables her to conduct accurate personality assessments and interpret individual assessment results. She specializes in leadership development and enables leaders in middle levels and senior levels engage better with their teams, peers and senior stakeholders. She works with leadership teams to help them develop a growth and performance mindset. Her role also involves aligning c-level executives with the organizational culture and helping them function more cohesively with the team. She is passionate about women’s leadership development. She enables leadership development through 1:1 coaching interventions and a set of curated leadership and personal transformational workshops. She has over 750+ hours of experience in coaching senior professionals. She has enabled personal transformation for over 2500+ individuals through coaching interventions, workshops, webinars and mentoring. As a Hogan Assessor and Coach, she leads our leadership assessment, selection and development. Sandhya is a management graduate with 16 years of industry experience in leading marketing initiatives in organizations across industries like the RPG Group, CavinKare Ltd, Sify Ltd, Hinduja Group, NetApp and Informatica.
